Three men were arrested Wednesday night on drug charges in the area of the TD Garden, where dozens of young concertgoers were taken to the hospital suffering mainly from drug and alcohol problems during an electronic dance concert.
More than 50 people were treated at the Garden and 36 were taken to area hospitals during what authorities designated a “mass casualty incident” at the Avicii concert Wednesday night, according to a spokeswoman for Boston Emergency Medical Services.
The arrests of the three men have not at this point been linked to those hospitalizations, according to a statement from the Suffolk County district attorney’s office.

Boston EMS spokeswoman McKenzie Ridings said none of the concertgoers had life-threatening injuries, but she could not give specific details on their condition or whether they had been released from the hospital.
A spokeswoman for TD Garden could not immediately be reached this morning.
