Beastie Boys rapper Adam (Ad-Rock) Horovitz took the stand Tuesday in the band’s Manhattan Federal Court lawsuit against Monster Energy Drink.
The Beasties claim Monster used songs without permission for a promo video.
Horovitz, 47, said the group has never pimped its music for products.
